These patterns represent the symbols, attributes and traditions used as an expression of self and culture; those aspects of our heritage that have shaped our understanding of the world and our place in it.

Their four fragrance collections are intentional compositions of scent, colour and narrative. Using fragrance and colour as their medium, they have created products that are an artistic expression of the African landscape, each with its own unique story and tribute.

It’s important to know that Cape Island and Heritage are African designed and that all their products are made right here on African soil. They source the most refined fragrance oils globally from leading perfumers in Europe, and once they arrive in South Africa, they use them to make their delicious premium products.

Cape Island and Heritage products are cruelty-free, environmentally friendly, and aquatically safe. Through their Giving Back initiative, a percentage of proceeds from the sale of selected products is donated to a group of local non-profit organizations doing the good work needed in Africa.
